Wow, it's been a while since I've posted anything on the blog. Life has just gotten so busy that I haven't really had many adventures.

I went to a concert last week that featured a few independent artists. It turned out to be a really good show, although I think I might have had a little too much to drink. I have NEVER thrown up before because of alcohol, but I actually puked a bit. (Yes, I thought I would share.) I hugged the toilet seat until I felt comfortable enough to go back to bed.

Other than that, I've been focussing on summer school and work. Yep, that's what my life has come to folks. School and work. Then again, when has it not been just about that?

That's about all I have. I'm supposed to be going downtown today to the new store opening of Forever 21. I can't wait! I hope they have a really good selection, otherwise, it would be a real waste to head all the way down there only to come back with nothing. Maybe I'll go to the Eaton's Centre instead and get a pair of jeans. I guess we'll just wait and see.

I FINALLY watched Shrek 3 and Pirates of the Caribbean 3. The former was much better than the latter. I think both franchises should end the series here. As well all know, anything is possible in Hollywood.

Now, back to work before they catch me doing not-work-related things.

Rusty has been retired

I think I am addicted to shoes and handbags. Is that such a bad thing though? Whenever I find the right pair of shoes, and don't buy it at the time I first see them, I can't stop thinking about them until I purchase them. How sick is that?

Here are some updates:

1) My immune system is a bloody git. I think it took a vacation and forgot to come back. I've been getting sick way to frequently.
2) I am insanely in love with a pair of shoes and a handbag from Aldo. They are fabulous, but I don't know if I can quite afford them both yet.
3) I've been listening to one song non-stop for the last couple of days: Halo - Haley James Scott. (I'll try posting it a little later)
4) I'm addicted to gummy bears.

5) I've recently developed a love for white wine.

Other than that, I'm working all summer long with no plans to look forward to. It's pretty pathetic actually. I'd like to take a trip out west (Manitoba and Alberta) just to check out some of the schools that I would like to apply to. Then again, I don't know if I can fit that into my budget. The weather has been really warm and humid in good old Toronto. It's been going up to 36 with the humidex. This is one of the reasons why I love Europe, at least the heat they get over there is a dry one.

It saddens me to inform you that my beloved car, Rusty, has been retired. I was incredibly emotional when I handed the keys over to the man who was going to take him to the scrap yard. Alas, I took a number of pictures of my baby. It's weird how I was more emotionally attached to a car than any man I've ever been with.
